Cancellation Policy
❤Before Your Appointment Please inform us if you have sensitive eyes or previous reactions to lash products. ❤Refill Appointments -Refills are valid only if at least 40% of extensions remain. -Refills beyond 4 weeks or with fewer lashes will be considered a full set. ❤Health & Safety Please do not attend your appointment if you are feeling unwell. ❤ Refund Policy All services are non-refundable, as time and products are used per client. If you experience an issue, please contact us within 48 hours and we’ll be happy to assess and assist. ❤ Rescheduling & Cancellations -We kindly ask for at least 5 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. -No-shows or last-minute cancellations (less than 30min notice) will be required to pay 50% of the service fee
